Refunds

Founding pre-orders are a refundable deposit toward a product that hasn't launched yet. When the product launches, your deposit is applied to your first billing period. You can get a full refund at any time before launch. If a product hasn't launched by 31 January 2027, every deposit for it is refunded automatically.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe within 14 days.
